Dr. Viola Kaltefleiter, founded VK Consult in 2002.
My mission
My focus is on enabling and encouraging meaningful conversations in business which overcome the barriers blocking further success of individuals, teams and organisations. I bring insight and inspiration from neuroscience, psychology and behavioral economics to people so that they have the means, the energy and the courage to develop and transform themselves, their teams and their organisations.
Who I work with
I support Young Professionals, Senior Management, Top Teams, Founders in developing themselves as people, as personalities and as leaders so that they can help transform their organisations into meaningful, highly successful, fun and supportive places to work. I work in Germany and all around the world for global players, medium-sized companies as well as start-ups or consultancies.
Background
Before founding VK Consult I worked 8 years in strategic management consulting, starting in Menlo Park, US for SDG (Strategic Decisions Group) and then joining McKinsey in Hamburg, Germany in 1996. Before joining the world of consulting I had the privilege to spend almost 2 years at Stanford University during my PhD and some Postdoc research in Economics. I hold a Master and a PhD in Economics from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
Network of Professionals
VK Consult consists of a close network of international, highly skilled professionals in the field of leadership development. We join forces for large projects, allowing us to support also global players in major transformation processes. We all share the same vision for leadership while having very different backgrounds. This allows us to serve our clients the best way possible.
